PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum material having excellent brazeability without any pollution of a working machine or a brazing furnace by applying hydrophilic lubricant of adequate amount. SOLUTION: A volatile, hydrophilic lubricating film 5 is applied on a surface layer of an aluminum base material 1 to form an aluminum member 10. An aluminum member 11 is formed by arranging a brazing filler metal layer 2 between the aluminum base material 1 and the hydrophilic lubricating film 5 as desired. After the shaping, flux composition is coated on the aluminum members 10 and 11, and the flux composition is dried to form a flux composition layer 6.
