The first (12) and second (14) control modules may be mounted on the dashboard of a road vehicle. They regulate the action of components including a seat heater, window winder, windscreen heater, fog-lights and suspension springs and dampers. The first control module incorporates an array of pushbuttons (18-26) on a circuit board (30). There are several contact fields (32,40) on the first control module to initiate electrical signals. There are also signal lights (46). Buttons (42) on the second control module have centrally positioned contact fields (48).
