<p>The roller assembly for the production of a self-twisted yarn (1) with alternating left and right twists, using at least two rovings (2,3), has at least one deflection roller (5) and a guide roller (6). The deflection roller moves at least one roving from its original movement path (C) to the guide roller to meet up with at least one other roving and twist together with it spontaneously. The deflection and guide rollers, together with a further deflection roller (7), are mounted on a base plate (4) so that the axes (A5,A6) of the first deflection roller and the guide roller are parallel to each other on one plane (E) and the axis (A7) of the other deflection roller is on a plane at a gap (D) from the plane of the other rollers.</p> |
