The packaging (21) is formed from two parallel, spaced apart sheets (1), in which are holes with a wavy periphery in which reaction tubelets (23) are inserted. Inwardly extending flaps formed by the wave formation are bent against the reaction tubelets causing them to be clamped. The hole-forming parts of the sheets (5) are not separated from the sheets along a small part of their periphery, so that they remain firmly on the sheets and when the sheets are formed there is no waste. These parts, when the reaction tubelets are inserted, are pressed away downwards.
