摘要 FIELD: hydraulic structures, particularly barrages or weirs. ^ SUBSTANCE: structure comprises flexible apron fixed by channel anchors and provided with central weir wall installed on the apron by means of rigid fastening unit. The weir wall is made of flexible materials and provided with orifice for restriction metrological device connection. Layered quality and level detectors connected with time register and analyzing instrument are installed on central weir wall. Structure members may be changed in length and width with the use of shutoff devices. Additional restriction metrological devices are installed on central weir wall and arranged at different heights and widths over central weir wall. Method involves assembling flexible apron; connecting flexible apron with channel anchors and mounting structure members; adjusting flexible apron length with the use of shutoff devices; securing central weir wall to rigid fastening unit; connecting restriction metrological device to the weir wall; calibrating the metrological device; installing layered quality and level detectors on the central weir wall; connecting the detectors with time registers and analyzing instrument; inserting the ready structure in river channel. ^ EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy and decreased structure erection time. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
