<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical adhesive which is not colored or whose wetting adhesive strength is not declined in the sterilization process with gamma irradiation indispensable for a medical adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: The medical adhesive is made of a hydrophilic urethane prepolymer UP obtained by reacting a fluorine-including polyisocyanate component A and a polyol component B whose essential component is hydrophilic polyol B1, with the quantity of formyl groups in the component B being not more than 0.05% by weight based on the weight of the component B; or is made of the hydrophilic urethan prepolymer UP obtained by reacting the components A and B, with the quantity of formyl groups in the urethane prepolymer UP being not more than 0.03% by weight based on the weight of the urethane prepolymer UP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
