PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holographic ROM disk having a multiplex error code rate in which data reproduction capability can be improved by adopting an error correction code having a code rate of which the error correction capability is different according to the extent of contamination by the fingerprints of a user and recording data. SOLUTION: A region of a disk for holographic ROM is divided into N parts (N: positive integer), according to the contamination extent, error correction capability of the error correction code can be adjusted, in proportional to the extent of contamination.
