Use of a compound of formula (I): in which R₁ represents a hydrocarbon radical comprising 7 carbon atoms, R₂ represents the characterizing chain of an amino acid and m is between 1 and 50, or of a mixture of the said compounds of formula (I), as a slimming active agent. Nontherapeutic method of treatment using the said compound and use of the said compound for preparing a medicament with lipolytic activity, intended to induce slimming of the human body.
