SHEET POST-TREATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a sheet post-treating device while preventing the rear end unevenness of sheets caused by the tip hanging of the sheets when stacking large-sized sheets on an intermediate stacker.

SOLUTION: When placing the large-sized sheets of predetermined size or larger on the intermediate stacker, a clamping discharge means is put in an open state, and the tip parts of the sheets are projected onto a paper delivery tray while allowing the paper delivery tray to stand by in an upper position. The tip parts of the sheets can thereby be held on the paper delivery tray or on the sheets placed on the paper delivery tray.
