The invention relates to a unit for preparing reaction mixtures for chemical reactions, in particular polymerase chain reactions. The inventive unit comprises an input, output and at least one membrane. Said invention is characterised in that a compound bound to the membrane contains substances necessary for carrying out chemical reactions. A method for preparing reaction mixtures for chemical reactions, in particular polymerase chain reactions and a sample preparing device provided with said unit are also disclosed. |
