PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite signal receiving/transmitting system capable of receiving both satellite signals from two satellites by transmitting signals having mutually overlapped frequency bands and constituted of combinations of mutually different polarized waves of which the frequency bands are mutually overlapped from the two satellites to a receiving terminal by one signal cable. SOLUTION: A signal from the other satellite is received by a second satellite receiving antenna 13 and IF-converted, a block converter 14 converts the frequency of different polarized signals separating these signals in a large way so as to hold the signal frequency band of one satellite between the different polarized signals and the receiving signals from both the satellites are transmitted to the receiving side through one signal cable 16. In this case, the first local frequency of the block converter 14 is set to frequency higher than the second local frequency and the second local frequency is set to frequency higher than the maximum frequency of a high frequency side frequency band.
