<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a complicated visual effect by making individual glasses to emit light independently to show a synergistic effect by them when producing a glass tower at a party or the like thereby breaking the monotony of the former visual effect. <P>SOLUTION: In an apparatus for emitting light by pouring liquid into a glass, the light emitting apparatus is spherical and emits light when it rotates according to the level of water in the glass to change its position. The spherical light emitting object shown in the drawing is located in the glass and electrically emits light by pouring the liquid in the glass.
