PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher capable of taking out a crushed product that is made to a small piece when two crushing places are set up by providing two rotary cutting edges in each of the upper/lower steps and crushing operation is completed by the upper rotary cutting edge disposed in the upper section. SOLUTION: An upper crushing chamber 21 and a lower crushing chamber 22 are provided in a vertically formed crushing chamber 2, and an upper rotary cutting edge body 4 is provided at the upper crushing chamber 21 and a lower cutting edge body 5 is provided at the lower crushing chamber 22. Suction tubes 61 and 62 are provided above and below the lower cutting edge body 5 at the chamber 22 by opening the suction tubes in the chamber 22. A partition plate 7 whose base section is freely rotatable is provided above the body 5 inside the chamber 22. A path for supplying a material crushed by the body 4 by rotating the plate 7 to the body 5 and a path for recovering a material crushed by the body 4 as a crushed product are formed.
