PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite working tool by which a valve sheet of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine can be highly accurately worked. SOLUTION: The composite working tool 10 is provided with a tool body, a reamer 21 for working a valve guide hole, a cutter for working a flank fixed to the tool body, and a cutter 27 for working an abutting face movably held to the tool body between first/second extreme positions. The cutting blade of the cutter for working a flank is extended at the same angle as that of the flank to the center axis of the valve guide hole. The cutting blade 27a of the cutter 27 for working an abutting face is extended at the same angle as that of the abutting face to the center axis of the valve guide hole. When the cutter 27 for working an abutting face is at the first extreme position or the second extreme position, only either of the cutter for working a flank and the cutter 27 for working an abutting face comes into contact with the valve sheet and the other does not come into contact with the valve sheet.
