<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution system with which an advertisement applicant himself(herself) generates advertisement videos by using the videos of his (her) own generating and can easily participate in advertisement and propaganda activity. <P>SOLUTION: The advertisement distribution system 31 is equipped with a server 32, a work video database 33, and an advertisement video database 34 and is connected through a network 37 to a plurality of terminal devices 45a to 45e. The work video database 33 is a means for storing the videos generated by users 38a and 38b of a sales promotion acting member 40. The server 32 generates advertising videos by synthesizing the work videos stored in the work video database 33 and the material videos of a sponsor 42 including the advertisement information and stores the same in an advertisement video database 34 in the state that the advertisement videos can be browsed by consumers 41 of many and unspecified persons through the network 37.
