PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetically coupled element that has a high coupling coefficient and small leakage inductance. SOLUTION: The magnetically couple element MC1 is provided with a first conductor 1, a second conductor 11, and a magnetic material 21. The first and second conductors 1 and 11 have bases 3 and 13 and terminals 5 and 15 extended from the base 3. The magnetic material 21 is disposed to surround the conductors 1 and 11. Both ends of the bases 3 and 13 of the conductors 1 and 11 superimposed upon another in an electrically insulated state are led out to the outside of the magnetic material 21 in a state that the ends are protruded from different two surfaces of the material 21. Portions of the superimposed bases 3 and 13 led out from the magnetic material 21 are arranged in almost parallel to surfaces of the material 21 from which the portions are led out and bent in the same direction. The terminals 5 and 15 of the first and second conductors 1 and 11 are bent in the same direction so that bent sections follow the bottom surface of the lower magnetic material 25 of the magnetic material 21 in an adjoining state.
