<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel emitting light of respective colors with uniformized light-emitting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: On a pixel for green color, an organic EL element has a light-emitting layer 63 emitting green light, where color filter is not arranged. On a pixel for red and blue colors, the organic EL element has a laminated structure of an organic light-emitting layer 60o emitting orange light and an organic light-emitting layer 63b emitting blue light, and emits white light.
