PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail panel for a passenger conveyor reformable in design at a lower cost and in a shorter time than conventional ones by forming an easily detachable structure. SOLUTION: In this handrail panel for the passenger conveyor, a center part of the panel 6 is opened, and reinforcements 22 are attached to the upper and lower ends of the opening. The reinforcement 22 is provided with a plurality of plate springs for holding a panel 7 through screws. The end parts of the panel 7 are formed in folded structure to be insertable between the reinforcements 22 attached to the upper and lower ends of the opening of the panel 6, and the plate springs 23.
