The sanitary hose (1) comprises an inner hose (2) and a co-axial outer cover (3), and with a rotatable coupling for a connecting piece (17). A union nut (6) fitting on the male thread of the connecting piece clamps the latter on the outer flange (16) of an inner pipe (12). The inner pipe is sealed directly in relation to a sleeve (4), the inside diameter of which corresponds to the inside diameter of the inner hose. The sleeve which is fixed on the hose and which has an annular protrusion (5) is constructed as an abutment for the union nut and as a socket for the inner pipe. A radial seal (14) is fitted in the axial overlap region between the sleeve and inner pipe.
