<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the performance management system of a building for discovering the failure of a facility and operation, which hardly becomes apparent. <P>SOLUTION: Energy supply to a whole building 1 having a plurality of air conditioning facilities 6 which are respectively connected to an energy supply source 3 and simultaneously control at least temperature and humidity and the energy usage of each facility 6 are measured and recorded over time by a measuring/recording means 22. Then, the energy use result/plan comparison information of each facility is created from the use energy measurement value of each facility 6 and the predetermined use energy plan value of the facility 6 by a comparison information creation means 30. The measurement value of the energy supply to the whole building 1 is accumulated from the beginning of a predetermined period by an accumulative value calculating meas 26, and when the accumulative value of the energy supply in the predetermined period exceeds the predetermined allowable range of the energy consumption plan quantity of the whole building in the predetermined period, energy warning is outputted by a warning outputting means 28 together with the energy use result/plan comparison information of each facility 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
