PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an encrypted text providing structure that builds up a broadcast encryption system obtained by adopting an n-multi linear map and can attain efficient processing. SOLUTION: A configuration of transmitting a decryptable encrypted text on the basis of only a stored key of a particular encrypted text decryption permitting apparatus selected among a plurality of information processing apparatuses is built up on the basis of a broadcast encryption system based on a multilinear map satisfying the generalized Diffie-Hellman assumption. Through the configuration above, the reduction of number of transmission encrypted texts and number of keys stored to each information processing apparatus can be realized and efficient encrypted text broadcast processing can be realized.
