PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable soil pudding apparatus attached to a tractor in which right and left leveling bodies of the rear of soil crushing body are integrally operated without independently operating these leveling bodies and sufficient leveling action is obtained and folding is carried out interlockingly with the time when the soil crushing body is folded and sufficient strength is obtained. SOLUTION: The foldable soil pudding apparatus attached to tractor is equipped with a machine frame for outputting driving force input from an input shaft installed therein, a shaft for transmitting driving force from the machine frame, a transmission case body for transmitting driving force from the shaft and a pair of soil crushing bodies driven by output from the transmission case body, and the soil crushing bodies are rotatably attached through right and left ends of the machine frame and a connecting pin to the rear. In the foldable pudding apparatus, leveling bodies are swingably connected to the rear lowering part of each soil crushing body by a rubber plate and protruded and recessed fitting parts are installed on right and left opposite surface of the leveling bodies.
