PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transporting a substrate of 1500×1800 mm or more in size for a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The device for transporting the substrate 1 of 1500×1800 mm or more in size for the liquid crystal display device includes a pair of mutually parallel bar-like support arms 2 for supporting both end regions of the substrate, and one or more auxiliary arms 3 positioned between the support arms.
