<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control valve device, reducing the number of parts and the assembling man-hour, and reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: This intake control valve device 1 includes a resin-made valve body 10 having a frame part 12 mounted in an opening groove 105 formed in a partition 104 partitioning a tank chamber in a surge tank 100. The frame part 12 is provided with a valve unit 70 turned in an internal opening part 12a in the frame part 12 to thereby open and close, and the tank chambers 111, 112 partitioned by opening and closing are communicated and disconnected with and from each other. The valve unit 70 is driven to open and close by a motor part 30.
