PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive processing program making device capable of automatically making a processing program for efficiently processing a composite shape unprovided with an exclusive menu. SOLUTION: A series of processing programs are automatically made for processing both, while mutually taking into consideration processing of an upper stage hole and processing of a lower stage hole, by grasping two-stage holes as one finish shape on the basis of inputted shape data, on the processing of the two-stage holes formed by combining the upper stage hole and the lower stage hole of an optional shape (such as Step S24 to S25 and Step S29). Thus, an efficient processing program can be automatically made without an overlapping unrequired process, even on processing of various two-stage holes unprovided with the exclusive menu, like " a counter-bored hole ", in a state of omitting unrequired prepared hole processing, and setting an unrequired cutting feed to a rapid feed.
