PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize comment intensive display allowing meaningful use of a comment. SOLUTION: A mail acquisition part 13 acquires an electronic mail with a specific mail address as a destination. A mail extraction part 18 extracts an electronic mail of a title coinciding with a predesignated character string from all the electronic mails acquired by the mail acquisition part 13 and stored in a mail storage part 14.
