The problems of sea pollution during loading and reloading of oil and other hydrocarbons oil to tankers can be completely prevented by appliance of stably connected self- rising floating boom. Appliance of this kind of booms, beside prevention of sea pollution, also allows quick and safe charge and discharge of hydrocarbons. |
