<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency measuring instrument capable of measuring frequencies for both a noncontact IC card and a reader-writer device, by one instrument. <P>SOLUTION: This instrument includes a first support table 11 for supporting the noncontact IC card, and a second support table 12 for supporting the reader-writer device RW1. The first support table 11 and the second support table 12 are provided opposedly each other, and an antenna substrate 14 connected to a frequency analyzer and formed with a loop coil for frequency measurement is arranged between the first support table 11 and the second support table 12. Frequency measuring work for both the noncontact IC card and the reader-writer device RW1 is carried out only by inverting vertically the measuring instrument 10, so as to improve workability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
