PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal the functions of which can be regulated and the utilizing state of which can be confirmed by other people than the user of the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 100 is provided with: a communication section 1 for carrying out communication via a network; a storage section 5 for storing use history information of the mobile phone 100 and regulated item information denoting regulated items for use of the mobile phone 100; and a control section 6 for controlling the whole mobile phone 100. The control section 6 discriminates whether a communication opposite party requests the mobile phone 100 to reply to the use history information after the line connection to the communication opposite party by the control means section 1. When discriminating that the communication opposite party makes the request, the control section 6 makes the communication section 1 transmit the use history information to the communication opposite party, and when discriminating that the communication opposite party does not make the request, the control section 6 discriminates whether the communication with the communication opposite party is possible by utilizing the regulated item information. The control section 6 applies interruption control to a line interconnecting the mobile phone 100 and the communication opposite party in accordance with the result of discrimination.
