PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having excellent design together with recyclability while facilitating waterproofing work by bringing a water resistant material in close contact with a building interior material such as a floor material, a wall material or a ceiling material. SOLUTION: In a resin-based base material 11, fitting parts formed by laminating a decorative sheet 12 after adding wood powder to at least thermoplastic resin and molding it are formed in halving joint shape, and the ends of the halving joints are provided with turn up sections. Rubber elastic bodies 16, 17 are provided at the tongue tips of the ends. The rubber elastic bodies 16, 17 are jointly extruded in profile extrusion molding. The rubber elastic bodies 16, 17 are formed of polyolefinic resin with a glass transition temperature in a range of -5 to -50°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
