PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental tablet with pressed flowers or the like, in which an enclosed space for housing drying agent and deoxidizer together with a work such as pressed flowers can be formed without employing a self-adhering tape, an adhesive or the like, with which an exchanging work of works such as pressed flowers is very easy and, in addition, an easy alteration of which to match the atmosphere of a new work is easy. SOLUTION: This ornamental tablet with the pressed flowers or the like is equipped with a thin box-like tablet body having a bottom wall part and a peripheral wall part installed in an upright position along the bottom wall part, a transparent panel for forming a flat space by covering the front surface side of the tablet body, an edge frame member formed in an edge frame-like shape with its central opening so as to cover the boundary portion between the peripheral wall part of the tablet body and the peripheral edge part of the transparent panel, an elastically deformative sealing member interposed between the peripheral wall part of the tablet body and the peripheral edge part of the transparent penel, a fastening means, which is mountede between the edge frame member and the tablet body so as to openingly and closingly hold the transparent panel to the tablet body and seal between the tablet body and the transparent panel through the sealing member and a dash board for dividing a flat space formed by the tablet body and the transparent panel into a preservative housing chamber and a work housing chamber.
