<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a document containing various designs without changing setting of a form file. <P>SOLUTION: When the document is created by using the form file 1 and field data 60, it is decided whether an instruction 61 for creating the document containing the design of a character string is mentioned in field data 60 or not. When description is decided to exist, design information "copy" of the character string is read.
