<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional shaped article and a three-dimensional circuit laminated board suitable for the repairing of a mold, especially the repairing of the mold comprising aluminum or special steel such as stainless steel or the like and the filling with a fine shape or the like in an injection mold making a product shape complicated. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the three-dimensional shaped article, the three-dimensional shaped article comprising a laminate of a thin plate is manufactured by successively repeating a process for placing the thin plate on a base member to selectively subject the necessary part thereof to laser welding and subsequently cutting the periphery of the welded part by a laser to cut off an unnecessary part. Thereafter, the three-dimensional shaped article is subjected to finish processing by cutting, shaving, grinding and the like to be formed into a desired shape. Further, the manufacturing method of the three-dimensional shaped article is characterized by successively placing the thin plate on the base member. Furthermore, in the manufacturing method of the three-dimensional shaped article, the thin plate is arranged on the shape forming place or damage place of a work and the pressure in a chamber due to a liquid or gas is applied to the thin plate from the outside to successively place the thin plate on the shape forming place or damage place of a work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
