PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piercing apparatus in which only a holding part can be replaced without replacing a core punch when the core punch loses a holding function for slug. SOLUTION: In the piercing apparatus, holding pins 5 are disposed in the back side of the hollow part 2a of the core punch 2, each of the holding pins 5 having a holding claw part 5a which is projected from the inner surface of the hollow part 2a radially inwardly and engagedly holds the slug pushed in by blanking, and the holding pins 5 can be attached to and detached from the core punch 2 from outside.
