PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a visitor to talk with an arbitrary partner over an intercom when a partner's location changes and to prevent a response to an unnecessary matter by the addition of simple equipment. SOLUTION: The intercom 30 is connected to an in-company LAN via a network by being connected to a hub 23 via a LAN cable 31. Output signals of a CCD camera 32 for monitoring, a key opening/closing detector 33 and a vibration sensor 34 are connected to an input terminal of the intercom 30 and when the vibration sensor 34 detects an abnormality at the time of key closing, abnormal e-mail is transmitted. An address table in which private IP addresses of respective computers are associated with employee names and abnormal e-mail transmission addresses are stored in a computer 16. It may be constituted so that pieces of information about preliminarily permitted departments and sections or employees are formed into a table by every visitor, selects and talks over the intercom only from the table.
