<p>Antisense compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the expression of Interleukin 12 p40 subunit. The compositions comprise antisense compounds, particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids encoding Interleukin 12 p40 subunit. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of Interleukin 12 p40 subunit expression and for treatment of diseases associated with expression of Interleukin 12 p40 subunit are provided.</p> |
