The fixing system is used with a button having a single central hole containing a flexible ring, and comprises a male component or pointed rod (a.1) equipped with a disc and a dome. The rod is pushed through the fabric or a previously-made hole, and through the hole in the button. The dome passes through the flexible ring and locks the button in place on the rod, after which the pointed end is broken or cut off.
