Substituted 6-(2-tolyl)-triazolopyrimidines as fungicides

Disclosed are 6-(2-tolyl)-triazolopyrimidines of formula I, wherein: R1 and R2 are independently H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkadienyl, haloalkyl, haloalkenyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, heterocyclyl, or heteroaryl, and are optionally substituted, R1 and R2 may together form an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring, R3 is halogen, cyano, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl or C(=O)A, n is from 1 to 4, and X is halogen, cyano, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or alkneyloxy. The compounds are used in a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi, comprising treating the fungi, materials, plants, soil or seed with an effective amount of the compounds.
