PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for an automobile to which a sound-insulating sheet can be easily and reliably assembled. SOLUTION: In the door structure for an automobile, a door trim 52 for interior is mounted on a cabin side of a door inner panel 11, and a sound-insulating sheet 20 to cover a part of or the whole of the door inner panel 11 is mounted between the door inner panel 11 and the door trim 52. An end part of the sound-insulating sheet 20 is held by a holding part 40 which is formed by bringing portions of the door inner panel 11 and the door trim 52 facing the end part of the sound-insulating sheet 20 close thereto.
