PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head equipped with an engagement holding means which has an elastic force of a degree whereby a crack or the like at a fixed substrate is prevented, and which prevents the fixed substrate from being detached easily, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus having the liquid jetting head. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head 300 has a head unit 320 which includes a nozzle formation part 324 and an actuator part 321 for making a liquid discharged from a nozzle opening, a flexible substrate 330 connected to the actuator part, the fixed substrate 360 for connecting the flexible substrate, a case head 310 for holding the fixed substrate, and a cover case 410 for covering the fixed substrate held by the case head. The case head has the engagement holding means 370a which is formed projecting from the case head.
