PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope protection structure capable of having a natural environment protection function and being easily formed. SOLUTION: The slope protection structure 10 is equipped with a plurality of longer members 12 and permeable shorter members 20. Each longer member 12 is formed of a cement mortar, and each shorter member 20 is formed of a lumber chip. A frame 14 is formed of the longer members 12 and the permeable shorter members 20, soil is exposed inside of the frame 14, and thick layer basic material spraying work is carried out.
