PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupuncture needle with an acupuncture tube, an acupuncture needle grip of which can be surely connected to the acupuncture tube even if the acupuncture needle grip is made of metal and which is easily manufactured into a fixed strip strength. SOLUTION: The acupuncture needle with the acupuncture tube is composed of the acupuncture needle (11), the acupuncture needle grip (12) fitted and fixed to one end of the acupuncture needle and the acupuncture tube (21) fitted to the acupuncture needle by projecting a part of the acupuncture needle grip. The acupuncture needle grip is connected to the acupuncture needle by calking work and the acupuncture tube is connected to the acupuncture needle grip by being tightly fitted to calking grooves (15-17) formed by the calking work.
