PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric composite component which enables downsizing of a module including an optical device and an electronic device. SOLUTION: The photoelectric composite component 1 has a ferrule 2, and a plurality of holes 3 for positioning and holding optical fibers are formed at the ferrule 2. A plurality of metal plating sections 4 for performing electric wiring are formed on the outside surface of the ferrule 2 in correspondence to the respective fiber holes 3. The respective metal plating sections 4 extend continuously from the under surface 2c through the front 2a up to the top surface 2d of the ferrule 2.
