PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colored acrylic resin film for use as a retroreflective sheet film, satisfying both hue and reflective performance needed when used as a retroreflective sheet. SOLUTION: The colored acrylic resin film for use as a retroreflective sheet film is obtained by laminating a colored acrylic resin film with a gray-colored sheet of oily color paper with Munsell symbol N5.5. In this film, the chromaticity coordinates(x, y) in the XYZ colorimetric system when the colored acrylic resin film side is measured using standard light D65 under the illumination and light receiving geometric conditions(a) specified by JIS Z8722( 45°illumination, vertical light receiving ) fall within the range:(0.133, 0.040), (0.048, 0.247), (0.184, 0.292) and (0.248, 0.238) and Y value is≥1.
