PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading structure of an electric storage device to restrain reduction of an indoor space of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A luggage space of a vehicle rear part is secured large by arranging a rear seat back 17 of the vehicle rear part inclined to the rear side and arranging a secondary battery 7 and an accessory 9 by inclining them to the rear in proximity and making it be closer to a back surface of the rear seat back 17.
