PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball guide device in the game machine island which minimizes the number of parts and the assembling man-hour for the reduction in the cost by making the game balls smoothly flow almost to the central lower part of the game machine island separately from both left and right sides thereof and the side opposite to the guide part as mentioned above with almost the central lower part therebetween with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Mutual collision preventing means 25 and 26 are so arranged as to divide almost the central lower part of the game machine island 10 into the respective inflow areas 32, 33 and 34 into which flow the game balls from the respective inflow paths 22, 23 and 24 so that the game balls flowing in from the respective inflow paths 22, 23 and 24 are intercepted by the mutual collision preventing means 25 and 26 and can flow smoothly without hitting each other.
