PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butterfly valve capable of stably performing rotary support of a valve body. SOLUTION: The butterfly valve provides a rubber seat ring 11 on an inner peripheral face 21 of a cylindrical valve main body 10, and the valve body 12 being mounted with stems 14 and 15 pivoted by the cylindrical valve main body 10. Guide members 18 and 19 rotatably guiding the stems 14 and 15 are provided with members different from the cylindrical valve main body 10, and the guide members 18 and 19 are mounted on the cylindrical valve main body 10 by integrally forming with insert molding.
