SOLUTION: This detection part for the interaction between substances comprises a reaction region 2 for providing a place of the interaction between the substances; at least a pair of counter electrodes E<SB>1</SB>and E<SB>2</SB>opposedly arranged so as to be capable of applying an electric field to the medium such as an aqueous solution, a gel or the like housed in the reaction region 2; a suction hole 3 for sending the medium containing the substances into the reaction region 2 by a capillary phenomenon and an outside air communication hole 4.
