PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure air remaining in a pressure tank with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Water sending pipe arranged in the pressure tank is arranged to be shifted to a side surface side from a center of the pressure tank and part of the water sending pipe is bent and a lower end surface of the water sending pipe is put close to a pressure tank side surface.
