PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce photographing burdens on a photographer and a patient by performing the photographing of an appropriate photographing amount by using an FPD cassette camera. SOLUTION: In a controller 20, photographing order information is received from an information management device 60 as a photographing order information generator, the number of photographing sheets for each patient of a photographing object is calculated on the basis of the photographing order information, and the calculated number of the photographing sheets and the prescribed number of sheets are compared. In the case that the calculated number of the photographing sheets is equal to or more than the prescribed number of the sheets, the photographing order information is transmitted to a portable terminal 10 to be used for CR photographing by the combination of an X-ray source 40 and a CR cassette 50 as a CR photographing system. In the case that the calculated number of the photographing sheets is less than the prescribed number of the sheets, the photographing order information is transmitted to the FPD cassette camera 70 to be used for FPD photographing by the combination of the X-ray source 40 and the FPD cassette camera 70 as an FPD photographing system.
